Community guidelines
Storyexpe takes prompt and decisive action in the event that cases of misinformation, in particular of harmful misinformation are reported or discovered. In particular, this concerns the violation of ethical and informative rules and regulations in the following fields:
Illegal content
Every kind of illegal content, according to national and international laws and regulations, is – obviously – prohibited.
It is forbidden to exhibit the use of drugs. In cases where it is legal in your country of origin (or where the respective content has been produced), Storyexpe reserves the right to request its modification or deletion in accordance with the laws of the main users for whom the content is intended (i.e. whether the use and/or trade is prohibited in these countries).
Invasions of Privacy
It’s prohibited to publish content or information about people in private spaces, without their knowledge and consent. You are required to comply with any removal request made by involved persons, even if Storyexpe has not been informed.
Threats & Violence
Never threaten to harm persons or property, and don’t post content of gratuitous violence.
Any content with an intimidating background, especially if it is addressed to official authorities or law enforcement agencies, may lead - depending on its gravity - to: a) an obligation or request to specify the context if it has not been understood to be harmful; b) a request for deletion or direct deletion by Storyexpe if the gravity so requires; c) suspension of the profile or definitive ban; d) reporting to competent authorities, if required by law.

Harassment & Bullying
We don’t tolerate bullying or harassment. Avoid any form of communication with the intention of making someone feel bad.
Adult Content
- Accounts or contents that promote or distribute pornographic content are prohibited. For other depictions of nudity in non-sexual contexts, we may evaluate individually whether contents are appropriate to the context.
- It’s prohibited to post, save, or send nude or sexual content involving people under the age of 18, even of yourself. This includes adding drawings or any kind of artwork to make it sexual, even in a joking context or at someone's request.
Impersonation
Your account should faithfully reflect your identity, or that of your business. Don’t pretend to be someone you’re not. Storyexpe is not based on the ideal to showcase - or even disguise or conceal - a dissimulated identity and lifestyle, but on an authentic identification with every environment. With the possibility to create organic communities, valuable synergies and fruitful interactions. For further information, see "Fake profiles" below.
Hate Speech / Terrorism
We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to hate speech. This includes - but is not restricted to - racist, homophobic, xenophobic and other comments containing hateful words. Any content that demeans, defames, or promotes discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability, or veteran status is prohibited, as well as propaganda and content that promotes terrorism.
Every profile, group, organisation or other kind of presence on Storyexpe based on the disclosure of similar content, will be removed even without the presence of explicit infringements. Requests for removal of individual content or entire profiles will be processed as quickly as reasonably possible, as well as any legitimate request to analyze and monitor suspicious profiles. Any presence/content that has been ascertained to have possible criminal implications will be reported to the respective law enforcement authorities.
Content
It is forbidden to:
• post images and videos in extreme or dangerous situations;
• spread fake news, conspiracy theories deliberately misleading, potentially harmful, or any news and information that is in conflict with established realities or even generally with common sense;
• apart from the guidelines already indicated concerning all forms of violence, it's also forbidden to post any content about self- harm, or about the intention of self- harm.
Discussions about mental health can be opened and approached on Storyexpe with the necessary empathy, avoiding:
1) to replace in any way a medical consultation or specialized advice;
2) to transmit publicly personal data or information;
3) to solicit any kind of diagnosis or communication of personal moods.
The responsibility for such posts lies with the publisher. The request for removal of similar content by third parties will be considered as soon as possible, but within a maximum period of 30 days. In particularly obvious cases, such content may be removed immediately even without notice. It is forbidden to post content of any kind that makes explicit reference to the use of weapons in such a way as to recall any form of violent or hostile behavior.
• It is absolutely forbidden to send payment reminders in any form whatsoever, or to demand in any way that money be paid to someone in a misleading manner.
Clickbait
Clickbait is not tolerated on Storyexpe. For content based on clickbait and/or misleading content or titles, modification or removal may be required, or can be applied directly if necessary.
Spam
Every kind of spam is prohibited; spammers will not be tolerated. Don't assume spammy behaviors: don't repeat the same messages and don't post the same content repeatedly to get more visibility or to prompt users to take some action.
Copyright
In brief: do not publish content of which:
a) you do not own the full rights
b) you have not requested explicit permission to publish from the rights holder
c) of which there is no explicit reference to the source / owner of the rights
d) whose publication, even if lawful, could still infringe the rights of others.

Politics
It is absolutely forbidden to make political announcements in any part of Storyexpe outside of the own profile or group (or other groups to which a user is invited to participate), whose identity and source is clearly specified and unequivocally visible. Any offensive reference to politicians, political parties or persons expressing political ideas is prohibited.
It is forbidden to deny the Holocaust, as well as any form of war crime. In general, it may be required the modification or total removal of the denial of historically and / or scientifically established truths. In particularly serious cases, the removal of such content may take place directly and without notice.
Religion
Religious-themed presences are allowed for the sole purpose of expressing the right to speak and opinion, but not for propaganda purposes. Any offensive reference to other religions, to religion in general or to people who express ideas and thoughts related to religious faith is also prohibited.
Personal Attacks
Comments containing attacks against other users will not be tolerated. Any comment or other content that explicitly discriminates or that also implicitly refers to discrimination related to individual diversity will be removed. Vulgar language is not desirable and might be removed from public areas.
The publication of content of any kind concerning medicinal products or any type of product or service for medical, pharmaceutical, dietary purposes or in any case related to the obligation of medical advice, whether for advertising, sales or presentations of services, for which the user does not have appropriate requirements expressly stated, is prohibited. In addition, content of any kind, whether for sales or promotions, that promises results for medical, pharmaceutical, aesthetic, sports, nutritional or similar purposes, the irreproachability of which may be subject to doubt, may be removed without prior notice.
Every user is responsible for mark branded / paid content. Storyexpe is not responsible for any lack of information regarding sponsored content posted by users.
Merely commercial spaces are clearly separated from personal content. Sponsored content must be clearly marked as such by the users.
Every content posted by users is for personal purposes.
On Storyexpe it is not possible - or in any other way permitted - to ask for or obtain direct or indirect payments of money, donations or of any other kind from users in order to increase visibility and / or friends. Furthermore, on Storyexpe it is forbidden to apply emotional pressure on users in this sense.
Fake profiles
It is forbidden to create fake profiles with names that directly or indirectly refer to persons who do not correspond to the identity of the user who created the profile, regardless of whether they are known or not. In the case of fan pages, this must be clearly indicated. Storyexpe does not assume any responsibility for the creation or use of fake profiles, of which it is not clearly evident that they are, and the consequences resulting from them. Fake profiles of any kind will be removed immediately; reports about them will be processed as quickly and accurately as possible.
Influencer marketing
Every sponsored content, or otherwise resulting from a paid collaboration, must be clearly marked. This also applies for purposes outside of influencer marketing, both for private users and for professionals. Storyexpe will request additional information, corrections or, where necessary, removal of non-compliant content. Requests from third parties will be considered and processed as quickly as possible, in any case within a maximum period of 30 days. In no circumstances will Storyexpe assume any liability for sponsored content not adequately reported.
Reviews
Reviews, whether they relate to commercial proposals or not, must be authentic and reflect only the opinion of the user who publishes them, assuming all responsibility. Any form of deceptive interaction is prohibited.
Professional
Storyexpe is structured in order to allow to users, companies, agencies and professionals to create and develop a useful, entertaining and constructive presence to represent the own brand- identity and the lifestyle around in a broad, authentic and innovative way within specific contexts. On Storyexpe, companies, professionals and private users have the possibility to publish content, and to interact with other users. The content can be professional, educational, informative, for entertainment purposes or simply communicative. To clearly define the commercial and personal areas, the categories of interaction are clearly delineated and preconfigured. The aim is mainly to create a constructive context, based on useful information for users and constructive feedback opportunities for companies, agencies and professionals. This is therefore not done on the basis of data. The platform is structured in order that users are not the product to which proposals are submitted based on data, personal information or tracked behavior, but who can take advantage of the content on the basis of the own free choice. For this reason, on Storyexpe contents are not published on the basis of data, behavior, information, but on the basis of categories, themes and predefined areas. Content can be published according to predefined categories, areas and / or areas, not according to user data.
Except for the data strictly necessary to open a profile (e.g. email address), no further data is required for participation to Storyexpe. Therefore, they are optional and each user may decide to provide information if they consider that they have an advantage from using Storyexpe.
Additional notes
If you violate these Guidelines, we may remove the offending content, terminate your account or, if appropriate, notify law enforcement. If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service or these Guidelines, you may not use Storyexpe again. We will do our best to enforce them consistently and fairly. In cases that are not clearly covered by these Guidelines, we will try to decide in the most coherent manner with them.
Storyexpe undertakes to:
• request immediate changes, on in more serious cases to delete immediately any content that does not comply with these guidelines;
• to delete accounts whose presence may be considered as not complying with the guidelines, particularly annoying or even harmful to other users;
• to report to competent authorities infringements that are so serious as to require legal or judicial intervention;
• to cooperate fully with competent authorities for any request they may make regarding the activities of users on Storyexpe.
